The location of the hotel, the attention to detail in the design of the rooms, the exquisite breakfast offered in your restaurant helped make my stay truly unforgettable. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Their genuine hospitality and willingness (especially Halil and the one administrator, I forget the name who escorted us) to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction really sets your hotel apart. They were always ready to answer any questions. Thank you for such a great service in the heart of Istanbul. I will definitely come back.

Minutes from Taksim, Bazaar, Ferry, Tram station and so on. If you want to go further than that and not take the train, the staff from the hotel will arrange for you car with negotiated price that you pay at the hotel so there's no chance of drivers ripping you off. Pretty cool.
