I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Istanbul and I must say it was a very pleasant experience, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service. The location of the hotel, the attention to detail in the design of the rooms, the exquisite breakfast offered in your restaurant helped make my stay truly unforgettable. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Their genuine hospitality and willingness (especially Halil and the one administrator, I forget the name who escorted us) to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction really sets your hotel apart. They were always ready to answer any questions. Thank you for such a great service in the heart of Istanbul. I will definitely come back.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options to start our day right. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably serviced and cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. For the value we received, it's safe to say this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff is very helpful. They had answers to any question and solution to any situation. 10 points for that. The room was clean all the time. Location is absolutely great. Minutes from Taksim, Bazaar, Ferry, Tram station and so on. If you want to go further than that and not take the train, the staff from the hotel will arrange for you car with negotiated price that you pay at the hotel so there's no chance of drivers ripping you off. Pretty cool.
